Working out and fitness has been a big part of Greg’s life for the better part of the last 10 years. In high school he played both Football and Rugby; where he really started to train for a purpose. However, in grade 11 he tore his ACL, MCL, and later meniscus playing football which resulted in knee surgery. Unfortunately, Greg’s football and rugby careers were over but this lead to his discovery of passion for bodybuilding. He always enjoyed working out, which is why he started putting all his effort into it. In his senior year, Greg turned his focused to working out instead of playing sports; which resulted in great personal development. In his first year at the University of Western Ontario he competed in his first bodybuilding show. As Greg progressed, he fell in love with the sport and is still competing as a classic physique competitor. Greg continues to chase his dream of becoming an IFBB pro.
Due to his passion for fitness, Greg continues to share his knowledge with as many people as he can.
